• My father’s Hospital Alemán membership card that shows he was covered under the Norwegian embassy.

• Hospital Alemán website where it states that they have an agreement with the Norwegian Embassy.

• Document from the hospital where it’s stated his membership number and coverage by the Norwegian Embassy, dated January 2021. We can provide other kinds of medical documents upon request.

• Email from the consul on August 28 2020, where it is reported that the Embassy will stop advancing medical payments except hospitalizations.

• Email from the consul on December 14 2020, where it is reported that the Embassy will stop advancing medical payments, including hospitalizations (my father has hospitalized at that time).

• Email from the consul on December 24 2020, where it is reported that, due to the seriousness of the situation, medical expenses of Benjaminsen are covered by the embassy.
